Job summary

Coefficient Alliances & Ventures (Coefftalent) seeks a Technical Program Manager - Cards and Payments to lead small-to-mid sized payment initiatives in Kuwait. Onsite role with travel to customer locations as required, initial 12-month contract with extension potential.

You will coordinate business and tech stakeholders, translate needs into delivery plans, and drive end-to-end execution to satisfy customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in technology or payment-product delivery in financial services or fintech.
Able to translate needs into structured requirements and acceptance criteria.
Familiar with project delivery tools for planning, risk, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end coordination of small to mid-sized payment initiatives with clear scope and milestones.
Translate customer needs into structured delivery requirements and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate stakeholders across product, technology, operations and support teams.
Investigate and resolve complex product, implementation and operational inquiries.
Monitor project performance and provide practical recovery actions when needed.
Strengthen customer relationships through clear status reporting and follow-through.
Document repeatable delivery processes and capture lessons for improvement.
