Qualifications

• 10+ years of C-17 maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CLS shift leader coordinating all aircraft maintenance activities in a fast-paced flight line environment.
• Direct, train, and mentor a group of mechanics/technicians in daily launch, recovery, and servicing tasks.
• Maintain continuous communication between touch labor, Operation management, Boeing support functions, and KAF crews.
• Develop maintenance plans with Logistics Data Management, prioritizing scheduling and reporting of aircraft status.
• Allocate manpower with awareness of flight schedule, airworthiness requirements, and parts availability.
• Evaluate issues, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions to improve mission readiness.
