Job summary

Role requires 10+ years of C-17 maintenance, US citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance. On-site position with relocation sponsorship and a focus on mentoring technicians in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of C-17 maintenance experience.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain a US security clearance.
• Understanding of labor and immigration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple final scheduled maintenance visit plans and manage a major plan.
• Lead maintenance debriefs and records review; define project schedule and resource needs.
• Coordinate with supply-chain to ensure parts availability and prioritization.
• Mentor a group of technicians in daily maintenance and servicing tasks.
• Maintain liaison between touch labor, operations management and flight crews.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans, track status and report on health of the organization.
