Job summary

Boeing Operations International Incorporated Kuwait is seeking a C-17 Lead Coordinator to support the Kuwait Air Force at Al Mubarak Air Base in Kuwait. The role oversees maintenance planning and execution for C-17 aircraft, leading a team of technicians and coordinating with Boeing and KAF stakeholders.

English language competency is required for all tasks; relocation and visa sponsorship are available as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of C-17 maintenance experience.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Experience with C-17 flight line maintenance in an Air Force environment preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations; familiarity with relevant maintenance information systems (e.g. G081).

Responsibilities

• Serve as CLS shift leader coordinating all aircraft organizational maintenance activities.
• Direct, train, and mentor a group of mechanics/technicians in daily maintenance tasks.
• Maintain communication links between touch labor, management, Boeing support, and KAF crews.
• Develop maintenance plans with prioritization, scheduling, and reporting of status and unscheduled maintenance.
