Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with day-to-day pharmacy operations.
• Support customers with general product and pharmacy-related enquiries.
• Arrange and maintain medicines, healthcare products, and other pharmacy items.
• Assist with stock receiving, checking, organising, and inventory management.
• Monitor product availability and support stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional pharmacy environment.
• Assist with billing and point-of-sale activities when required.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow pharmacy procedures and applicable safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
