Job summary

WOW MILKY is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage daily HR activities and support employees across our Kuwait branches. The role is full-time and on-site, with regular branch visits to ensure alignment with policies and smooth operations.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee records, and performance evaluations, while maintaining strong communication with branch supervisors and management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on HR experience in food & beverage
• Experience supporting employees across multiple branches
• Working knowledge of Kuwait labour law and HR procedures
• Proficiency in Excel and HR systems
• Good English communication skills
• Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities
• Valid Kuwait driving license and own car for branch visits
• Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding and coordination with local and overseas recruitment agencies
• Conduct regular visits to all branches to monitor attendance, punctuality, employee concerns and policy compliance
• Maintain employee records, contracts, leave balances and probation reviews; coordinate renewals
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs with Accounting for attendance, overtime and allowances
• Coordinate performance evaluations with Operations and supervisors and follow up on improvements and training
• Prepare and update job descriptions across branches to define roles and responsibilities
• Handle employee relations, complaints and disciplinary matters confidentially
• Provide regular HR reports to management on staffing and employee matters
