HR manager vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, as well as at least five years of professional experience in the field. The candidate must also possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations in Al-Kuwait, including developing staffing strategies to ensure that the company has necessary personnel to meet its objectives. Additionally, this position will include managing employee records and administering policies and procedures that are in accordance with local labor laws. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing training programs for new hires and ongoing training programs for existing employees. This position offers a salary of 1400 per month and we are open to considering foreign candidates.
