• Minimum 5 years of culinary experience in a five-star hotel.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of the style of cuisine.
• Knowledge of HACCP and general health & safety in the workplace.
• Solid international culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist colleagues to support culinary teams and maintain team spirit.
• Report accidents and sickness to the Chef de Cuisine with clear details.
• Identify and request assistance before any breakdowns.
• Relay breakdown-related information to enable root-cause analysis.
• Follow safety procedures and uphold food hygiene standards.
