Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or similar roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage with HR managers and senior decision-makers.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to employers across Kuwait.
• Identify hiring needs and present LGTC's recruitment services.
• Negotiate terms and close recruitment deals with clients.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up until a decision is made.
• Maintain records of conversations and opportunities in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
