Job summary

LGTC HR Development Consulting in Kuwait is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator cum B2B Sales to support local hiring while developing new business with Kuwaiti companies. The role blends B2B sales, client coordination, candidate sourcing, and account management to identify needs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive successful placements.

You will build relationships with HR teams and business owners, present LGTC services, prepare proposals and agreements, and maintain CRM

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in B2B sales, recruitment coordination, business development, telesales, or account management is an advantage.
Experience dealing with companies or HR departments in Kuwait is preferred.
Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, email, and online job platforms.

Responsibilities

Identify and contact Kuwait-based companies that may require hiring support.
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Coordinate interviews, confirmations, feedback, and job offers.
Maintain accurate client, candidate, lead, and vacancy records in the CRM.
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth through new and repeat business.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
