LGTC is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Administrative Assistant – Business Development & Recruitment Partnerships to support the company's international recruitment operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and establish relationships with overseas employers, recruitment agencies, and business partners requiring foreign workforce solutions. The successful candidate will conduct market research, communicate with potential clients, present LGTC's recruitment services, and assist in securing recruitment agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential employers, recruitment agencies, and business partners worldwide that require foreign workers.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and recruitment partners.
- Contact potential partners through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other professional communication channels.
- Introduce and promote LGTC's recruitment services and workforce solutions.
- Schedule online meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to develop long-term business relationships.
- Negotiate and assist in finalizing recruitment agreements and partnership contracts.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and documentation teams to ensure client requirements are properly communicated.
- Prepare quotations, company profiles, proposals, and partnership documents.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, negotiations, and business opportunities.
- Monitor international labor market trends and identify new recruitment opportunities.
- Attend virtual or physical business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business development activities, leads generated, meetings conducted, and partnerships secured.
- Perform general administrative duties related to business development operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business development, recruitment, sales, or administrative support is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and online research tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
