Job summary

Ooredoo Kuwait is seeking a Team Leader for B2B Collection to manage the fixed services/Phono subsidiary's collection activities. The role focuses on proactive billing inquiries, contacting customers about unpaid accounts, and arranging settlements while preparing staff commissions.

The incumbent will drive cash flow through structured monthly and quarterly plans. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor or diploma in business, 3–4 years in customer service or collections, and proven leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business or related discipline.
• 3-4 years related experience in customer service or collections or administration.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Team leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Set monthly target for collection team.
• Implement and establish monthly and quarterly collection plans to improve cash flow.
• Supervise and support B2B collection team members to boost collections and meet targets.
• Coordinate with internal parties (Finance, Sales, IT) to resolve issues and minimize bad debts.
• Provide daily, monthly and quarterly collection analysis reports.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
