The Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an Assistant Hygiene Manager for a 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait City to uphold top-tier food safety and hygiene across all kitchen operations.

You will monitor standards, conduct audits, train staff, and maintain documentation in line with local regulations and HACCP, reporting to the Hygiene Manager. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to advance within the hotel group.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce food safety and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas
• Conduct regular hygiene audits and inspections
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and international food safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
• Train and coach culinary staff on hygiene practices and protocols
• Maintain accurate hygiene and safety documentation and records
• Investigate and address hygiene-related incidents or non-compliance
• Support the Hygiene Manager in continuous improvement of food safety systems
