Kuwait Luxury Hotel is seeking a dynamic Banquet Operations Manager to oversee planning and execution of banquet and outside catering events in a 5-star setting in Kuwait. The role ensures seamless delivery, high service standards, and exceptional guest satisfaction across large-scale events.

The candidate will lead banquet staff, liaise with clients and planners, and manage on-site supervision, costs, and compliance with health and safety standards.

A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is looking for a dynamic Banquet Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of banquet and outside catering events. The successful candidate will ensure all events are delivered seamlessly, meeting the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of banquet and outside catering events
• Lead and supervise banquet staff to ensure smooth event operations
• Liaise with clients, event planners, and internal departments to confirm event requirements
• Ensure events are set up and delivered according to specifications and brand standards
• Manage staffing schedules, briefings, and on-site event supervision
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction throughout events
• Control event-related costs and resources
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in banquet or events operations management, ideally within a 5-star hotel or outside catering environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
