Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Property Book Clerk / Asset Visibility Specialist to support APS-5 operations in Kuwait. You will ensure accurate accountability and tracking of Army Prepositioned Stocks, validate serial numbers, and maintain records to support readiness.

The role requires familiarity with APS-5 procedures, Army regulations, and related audit requirements. Strong attention to detail and experience with Army automated systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Experience in APS-5 operations, Army logistics, property accountability, or fleet management.
• Must be CAC eligible and able to obtain a Host Country Driver's License.
• Experience with Army automated systems (AWRDS, GCSS-Army, DPAS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, reconcile, and update property book records across systems.
• Verify serial numbers and reconcile documents for readiness and accuracy.
• Process hand receipts, transfers, and adjustments per APS-5 standards.
• Cross-check serials against manifests and movement control documents.
