Job summary

Uasmart in Kuwait City seeks an IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support Specialist to maintain reliable desktop services for Arabic-speaking users. You will handle first- and second-level support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity, and assist with system access.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, at least four years in IT, and at least two years in the GCC region supporting more than 500 users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum four years in the IT industry.
• At least two years of GCC experience in an organization supporting more than 500 users.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to incidents and service requests; manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues.
