Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience maintaining and calibrating online analyzers, gas chromatographs, and lab instrumentation; 4+ years in Oil & Gas or similar process industry.
  • Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Strong knowledge of analyzer calibration, troubleshooting, testing, and preventive maintenance.
  • Experience maintaining calibration records, equipment history, and technical documentation.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of industrial safety standards and permit-to-work procedures.

  • Supervise and lead technicians responsible for maintenance of online analyzers, gas chromatographs, and laboratory instrumentation.
  • Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Review work orders, maintenance schedules, and spare parts requirements using CMMS.
  • Perform and supervise analyzer calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, calibration gases, and consumables for maintenance operations.
  • Maintain equipment history, calibration records, and maintenance documentation.
  • Conduct final inspection, testing, and operational adjustments following maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, permit-to-work procedures, and maintenance best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel.

Job Responsibilities
