Burhan Tech is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance to independently manage finance operations with hands-on SAP, financial accounting, AR/AP, and MIS reporting expertise.

Responsibilities include SAP-driven sales/purchase/inventory accounting, AR/AP aging monitoring, inventory valuation, MIS preparation, and supporting audits while ensuring strong internal controls.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in trading, distribution, or retail.
• Hands-on experience with SAP sales, purchase, inventory, and credit-note processes.
• Strong knowledge of AR/AP, aging analysis, reconciliations, and inventory accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial reporting, and MIS.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• GCC experience will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage sales and purchase accounting, including invoices, credit notes, vendor payments, and reconciliations in SAP.
• Monitor AR/AP aging, customer credit limits, overdue payments, and vendor balances.
• Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, stock reconciliation, and slow-moving inventory.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and management reports.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and internal/external audits.
• Ensure SAP process compliance, accurate accounting entries, and strong internal controls.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, IT/SAP support, customers, and vendors.
