Job summary

Nasoft.eg is seeking an Account Manager with a solid accounting background to manage long-term client relationships and ensure precise account management. The role involves coordinating between clients and internal teams and handling invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and comfortable working with international clients and multi-currency accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Account Manager or similar role.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience with international clients and multi-currency handling.
• Experience with CRM/ERP/accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Be the main point of contact for account-related matters.
• Follow up on invoices, payments, balances, and collections.
• Prepare, review, and track invoices and statements.
• Monitor client accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies when needed.
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounting to resolve billing issues.
• Handle inquiries on invoices, payments, balances, and statements.
• Prepare regular account reports and status updates.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of client data.
