Nasco General Trading & Cont. is seeking an outline-focused accountant to support day-to-day accounting tasks and monthly closings.

The role involves preparing financial statements, analyzing variances, and ensuring compliance with internal controls, while coordinating with management. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (required).
Master's degree in accounting or MBA with a focus on Finance (preferred).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a corporate accounting or public accounting firm.
Experience with ERP systems.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Experience with data analysis and financial modeling.
Understanding of internal control procedures.
Experience with auditing procedures.

Responsabilités

Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry processing invoices and reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures.
Monitor and enforce financial compliance procedures.
Generate financial reports and present them to management.
Monitor and analyze discrepancies in budget and financial performance.
Develop and improve internal accounting procedures.
Assist in the preparation of external audits.
