Qualifications
- Must currently have or willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license.
- Must have currently or be willing to obtain Life and Health license.
- Customer Service Experience in insurance sales/service preferred or account management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Service existing policyholders' renewals and policy transactions.
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote appropriate products and services.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Problem-solving ability to evaluate alternatives and select the best actions.
