Qualifications

• Active Michigan P&C license required.
• 2+ years personal lines experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and provide expert support, education, and policy reviews.
• Reach out to clients prior to renewal to discuss coverage, pricing, and changes.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and explain value of additional products.
• Handle policy changes, billing questions, documentation, and follow-ups accurately.
• Collaborate with carrier partners to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the agency management system.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred. Preferred Candidate will have Independent insurance experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using agency management systems and rating platforms.
• A team player with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
