Job summary

Faraday Future in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A — Assistant to the President to lead the company’s financial planning function and serve as a strategic partner to the President. This role owns forecasting, budgeting, cash runway, and board-ready analysis, building models and dashboards from the ground up in a robotics/embodied AI environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
6+ years in Corporate FP&A at a high-tech hardware/EV/robotics company.
6+ years progressive finance experience including SEC reporting.
Expert three-statement and driver-based modeling; familiarity with ERP/GL and planning platforms; close automation tools; SEC disclosure tools.
AI-forward finance transformation experience; building AI-assisted workflows.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Exceptional executive communication and ability to own deliverables with discretion.

Responsibilities

Own long-range plan, annual budget, and rolling forecasts across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Build and maintain driver-based financial models linked to operational drivers.
Forecast liquidity and cash runway to inform capital allocation.
Partner with engineering, operations, and SCM to translate plans into financials; lead headcount planning.
Prepare board decks and executive reporting; drive strategic projects end to end.
Drive AI-enabled finance transformation; evaluate and implement AI tooling for finance processes.
Support monthly close and SEC filings in collaboration with Accounting.
