Job summary

Cesna-Recruitment seeks a Creative Production Coordinator / Associate to support visual creative, branding, content production, and creative operations. The role blends strong visual instincts with stellar organizational skills and hands-on production discipline.

Responsibilities include designing brand-aligned assets for digital, social, and print; developing moodboards and proposals; coordinating shoots and events; and managing logistics from budgeting to equipment.

Qualifications

Ability to design and produce polished, brand-aligned assets across digital, social, and print.
Strong visual taste and interest in music, fashion, branding, pop culture, and youth culture.

Responsibilities

Support the NGGL across visual & branding development, content production, and creative operations
Design and produce brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print
Develop moodboards, visual references, creative presentations, and project proposals
Research emerging trends across music, fashion, youth culture, digital media, entertainment, and visual storytelling
Manage project logistics, including expense tracking, transportation, and equipment rentals for creative projects
Provide on-site support during shoots, fittings, and events, ensuring that wardrobe, equipment, and creative materials are prepared
