Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Sr Specialist, Image Quality & Post-Production to support post-production operations and ensure top-tier image quality across our fashion and brand imagery. You will coordinate asset flow, work with internal teams and external vendors, and help deliver assets on time.

The role combines strong creative judgment with operational excellence in a fast-paced multi-brand environment, with opportunities to collaborate across channels and platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in post-production, retouching management, or image QA.
• Strong understanding of image composition, lighting, color correction, and retouching standards.
• Experience with DAM and studio production systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and QA imagery for visual consistency and brand alignment.
• Coordinate post-production workflow and asset routing.
• Track asset status and delivery milestones across multiple brands.
