Job summary

This role involves assessing and monitoring risks that impact financial and operational performance, collaborating with business partners to enhance risk awareness, and ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2-5 years of experience in risk management or banking. This full-time position emphasizes in-office collaboration and requires strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and principles.
Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems preferred.
Professional certifications such as CERP, CRCM, or similar are a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), identifying risks and recommending strategies.
Support administration of enterprise risk management programs.
Track, manage, and report on risk issues and corrective action plans.
Analyze and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) metrics.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
