Job summary

Community Federal Savings Bank (CFSB) is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Associate in New York, NY to support the Bank's risk framework. You will help implement enterprise-wide risk activities, analyze risks, and prepare reports for senior leadership under the VP of ERM.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in ERM or related analytics, strong Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency with BI tools to drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, risk management, information systems, data analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in enterprise risk management or related analytical roles.
• Experience preparing executive reporting and supporting governance or risk management activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and enhance risk reports, dashboards, and Board materials.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and report KRIs, KPIs, and other enterprise risk metrics.
• Support Issues Management by tracking issues and reporting.
• Coordinate and support RCSAs and risk documentation.
• Assist with control testing activities and evidence collection.
• Develop and improve reporting tools and data visualizations with Excel/Power BI.
• Prepare executive presentations using PowerPoint.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and emerging risks.
• Support risk assessments and regulatory examinations as needed.
• Maintain risk documentation and collaborate with risk partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Assist team with special projects.
