Job summary

The Clearing House in New York is seeking an ERM Analyst to support risk management frameworks across risk appetite, risk assessments, key risk indicators, control testing, and issues management.

The role will ensure the company prioritizes, manages, and monitors risk by collaborating with multiple departments and by defining risk ownership tied to strategic objectives.

A successful candidate will bring hands-on ERM experience and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in risk management, business administration, computer science, engineering, finance, or a related area.
• 2+ years’ experience in Enterprise or Operational Risk Management, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, implementation, and execution of the company’s risk management frameworks.
• Contribute to evolving risk appetite statements and frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build enhanced workflows across RCSA, issues, and reporting as part of GRC uplift.
• Monitor and analyze risks within business units and report to risk committees.
