• 1-2 years of experience in account management / inside sales/ call center / telemarketing preferred but not required.
• Take inbound calls from clients and prospects.
• Call clients and prospects as needed.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Customer Support Specialist will assist clients through each step of the sales process, helping resolve concerns while processing, tracking and shipping orders.
• Identify and create lists of potential clients while maintaining databases of sales.
• Compile daily lists of leads and delegate them to sales manager.
• Handle all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings.
• Provide assistance to management team members and executives as needed.
• Perform data entry duties regarding metrics and sales figures.
• Create and process sales in a timely manner.
• Report unusual activity to supervisors.
• Attend professional business networking meetings on behalf of TeleVoIPs.
