• Manage and direct a branch library's operations.

• Set goals with Library Administration.
• Oversee facility maintenance and space.
• Manage collection development and acquisitions.
• Budget management and expenditures oversight.
• Evaluate services with data-driven decisions.
• Publicize library programs and services.
• Engage with Friends of the Library groups.
• Collaborate with community groups and city officials.
• Participate in systemwide committees.
• Patron de-escalation and policy enforcement.
• Adhere to safety rules.
• Pursue professional development.
• Analyze problems and propose solutions.
