• Ability to interact with all levels of management and outside vendors.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Graphic design software a plus but not essential.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Creates monthly ads for the website and social media with offers for retail sales.
• Ensures ads comply with state and federal laws for automotive advertising.
• Coordinates with general managers across units to complete tasks.
• Manages deadlines from multiple business units for consumer and internal marketing.
• Collects documentation and submits co-op reimbursements to manufacturers promptly.
• Coordinates with Digital Marketing Specialist and Video Production Manager on projects.
• Supports sponsorship events and arranges personnel, transport, and company imaging.
• Acts as a contact for vendors for sponsorships, collateral, and merchandise.
• Represents Casey Auto Group at corporate functions as needed.
• Assists with digital advertising placement and social media responses.
• Ensures quality control of merchandise ordered and delivered.
• Coordinates placement of ads at all dealerships and with photographers.
