Job summary

Casey Auto Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator at our corporate office in Newport News. The role supports the Marketing Director and assists with creating ads, events, and reports while coordinating with multiple managers and external vendors.

You will manage digital content, sponsorship logistics, and merchandising duties to ensure timely, compliant marketing campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Point.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management and outside vendors as needed.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Skills in Photoshop, InDesign and other graphic design software is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Creates monthly ads for website and some social media with offers for retail sales.
• Gets approval for ads from multiple manufacturers making sure that they adhere to state and federal laws for automotive advertising.
• Communicates with general managers of multiple business units to coordinate and complete tasks assigned.
• Completes tasks based on deadlines from multiple business units for both consumer marketing, internal marketing and charitable endeavors.
• Collects all documentation necessary and submits co-op for reimbursement to all manufacturers in a timely manner.
• Coordinates with the Digital Marketing Specialist and the Video Production Manager when necessary to complete projects.
• Coordinates all activities needed to support Casey Auto Group sponsorships, including arrangements for personnel, transport, and set up company imaging.
• Serves as a contact for vendors for sponsorships, collateral, merchandise, and special projects.
• Represents Casey Auto Group at corporate functions as needed.
• Participates in digital advertising placement and responses to social media as needed.
• Responsible for quality control of merchandise when it is ordered and delivered.
• Coordinates placement of advertising materials in all dealerships as necessary.
• Coordinates merchandising with photographers as needed.
• Responsible for social media posts.
• Serves as administrative assistant to the Marketing Director with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
• Other duties may be assigned.
