Job summary

Casey Auto Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our corporate office in Newport News. You will support the marketing team in creating ads, coordinating events and sponsorships, and assisting the Marketing Director with administrative tasks.

The role requires collaboration with multiple departments, adherence to advertising laws, and hands-on involvement in social media and merchandising. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creates monthly ads for website and some social media with offers for retail sales.
• Gets approval for ads from multiple manufacturers making sure that they adhere to state and federal laws for automotive advertising.
• Communicates with general managers of multiple business units to coordinate and complete tasks assigned.
• Completes tasks based on deadlines from multiple business units for both consumer marketing, internal marketing and charitable endeavors.
• Collects all documentation necessary and submits co-op for reimbursement to all manufacturers in a timely manner.
• Coordinates with the Digital Marketing Specialist and the Video Production Manager when necessary to complete projects.
• Coordinates all activities needed to support Casey Auto Group sponsorships.
• Serves as a contact for vendors for sponsorships, collateral, merchandise, and special projects.
• Represents Casey Auto Group at corporate functions as needed.
• Participates in digital advertising placement and responses to social media as needed.
• Responsible for quality control of merchandise when it is ordered and delivered.
• Coordinates placement of advertising materials in all dealerships as necessary.
• Coordinates merchandising with photographers as needed.
• Responsible for social media posts.
• Serves as administrative assistant to the Marketing Director with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Casey Auto Group is actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join us at our corporate office in Newport News!

The Marketing Coordinator assists the marketing department with the creation of marketing and advertising materials, projects and reports, as well as other administrative and clerical tasks. Also serves as an assistant to the Marketing Director. Manages and executes events for the company.

Essential Duties

• Creates monthly ads for website and some social media with offers for retail sales

• Represents Casey Auto Group at corporate functions as needed

• Responsible for quality control of merchandise when it is ordered and delivered
