Casey Auto Group is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our in-office team in Newport News, VA. You will contact prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email to schedule vehicle appointments with our dealership teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Call center, automotive, sales support, or appointment-setting experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone presence with professional phrasing and active listening.
• Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls.
• Results-driven with clear goals and benchmarks.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls and meet daily activity targets.
• Turn conversations into qualified sales appointments.
• Follow up with customers interested in vehicles.
• Confirm appointments and guide customers through next steps.
• Document interactions and appointment details.
• Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide professional, friendly, and timely service to customers.
