Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in social media/content strategy, ideally in an agency environment.
• Proven track record developing and executing social content strategies that drive measurable results.
• Hands-on content creation experience (writing, light design/video direction, or both).
• Strong analytical skills with experience using social analytics and listening tools.
• Experience researching, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships.
• Excellent written communication and brand-voice sensitivity.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop social content strategies for assigned clients, aligned to brand positioning, business goals and platform best practices.
• Build content calendars and campaign plans balancing always-on content with trend-driven moments.
• Partner with account and creative teams to ensure content strategy supports broader campaign and brand objectives.
• Create and oversee production of social content across formats for multiple client accounts.
• Manage the publishing calendar and post content across client social platforms.
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all published content.
• Monitor content and campaign performance against KPIs and report trends to clients and teams.
• Identify influencer partners and manage relationships end-to-end, including outreach, briefing, contracting, and evaluation.
