Job summary
PetCare Veterinary Clinic in Roseville, CA is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead daily hospital operations, partner with the Medical Director, and build a culture of accountability and exceptional client care.
You will recruit and coach a multi-disciplinary veterinary team, optimize scheduling, manage finances and inventory, and drive improvements that enhance patient care and practice growth. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
Qualifications
- Veterinary hospital leadership experience
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and coaching skills—and a demonstrated track record of resolving conflict and difficult conversations in person
- High emotional intelligence
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for developing people
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Comfort operating within established, informal team norms while helping build clearer structure over time
- Experience managing a multi-doctor veterinary hospital and building a new partnership with clinical leadership
