Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting current promotions to increase revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Complete comprehensive training to become a trusted piercing expert. Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address customer questions and concerns throughout the process.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain an attractive store with well-organized displays, inventory, and layout that make shopping enjoyable and easy.
• Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, energetic environment that customers and coworkers appreciate.
• Brand Representation: Promote Claire's products and services. Stay updated on the latest fashion and social media trends to assist customers in finding their style. Use your knowledge to recommend products and enhance sales.
• Store Operations: Assist with store functions such as processing deliveries, executing visual merchandising, and supporting promotional activities that highlight Claire's offerings.
• Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, turning their Claire’s experience into a viral moment.

About You

Job Requirements

• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Physical ability to stand for shifts and lift/maneuver weights between 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Capability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools for merchandise placement and customer assistance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good math skills and reading comprehension.
• A passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Ability to create styled looks using store products during shifts.
