Gi Group, Italy's leading employment agency with over 200 branches nationwide and more than 1800 HR professionals, is seeking an Addetta / Addetto Segreteria Generale for a private association operating in the sports sector.

The selected candidate will handle guest reception, meeting management, visitor badge delivery, email/phone/PEC management, documentation processing and archiving, and coordination with external suppliers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in sports association secretarial work, particularly in football

What we offer:

• Temporary employment contract for 1 year
• Level III CCNL Commercio classification
• Full-time hours: 36 hours/week, Monday to Friday
• Location: Rome North, Flaminio area
