A customer service solutions provider is looking for a candidate fluent in German and English to join their team. This role involves providing top-tier customer support via email and chat and requires excellent communication skills. Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of resolving customer inquiries efficiently. Competitive salary and opportunities for career progression are offered. Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 02:00 AM
Salary: 3,800 BGN gross; primarily email and chat support (95%)
Sign-On Bonus: 500 BGN gross for all successful German hires joining the project on 17th February
