Global Water Solutions (GWS) is seeking a talented and driven Technical Promotor to join our passionate sales force in Italy, focusing on promoting and supporting HVAC products.

GWS is a leading global manufacturer of pressure tanks and water enhancement products including multi‑function taps. We are fully dedicated to enhancing lives by providing innovative technologies and products that ensure access to clean water worldwide.

We are looking for a team player and result‑driven professional with experience in bridging the gap between the company and the market. You will have a forte to organize and promote products through technical expertise and hands‑on demonstrations. The Technical Promotor - Italy will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the company and the market and will report directly to the Country Manager – Italy.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Promote HVAC solutions (e.g. air conditioning units, heat pumps, ventilation systems, VRF, etc.) to HVAC installers, designers, and wholesalers.
  • Provide technical support and product training to the sales team and distribution network.
  • Organize and participate in local events (e.g. open days, trade shows, workshops).
  • Visit distributors’ points of sale to promote the brand and support staff training.
  • Collect market feedback and identify customer needs or technical challenges.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop technical and promotional materials.
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Strengthen our brand presence by promoting the brand with professionalism, commitment and strong customer service skills.
  • Extensive travel is a key part of this position.
  • Organise traveling, optimising the travel schedule and travel time.
  • Gain adequate technical knowledge of our products and their usage by continually reading and familiarising yourself with the usage of each product.
Your Attributes:
  • A minimum of 1‑2 years proven experience in physical product sales or as technical sales promotor. Previous experience in a similar industry (Water treatment or water movement) would be a definite advantage.
  • Fluency in Italian is required. Other additional languages, especially English, would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • To be able to organise your work schedule.
  • Free to travel extensively for business on a weekly basis.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer literate.
