The Senior Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategies and category plans execution in Turkey, ensuring brand growth and engagement across multiple channels. As Turkey represents a strategically important market for the Group, this role presents an exciting challenge, requiring innovative thinking (growth mindset), analytical skills and strong ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring effective brand positioning and engagement. This role involves developing comprehensive marketing plans integrating both digital and traditional approaches to drive growth. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to optimize campaign execution and drive impactful results.
Required:
University Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent experience; Fluent in English written and spoken.

Previous experience as a Marketing Manager in medium-large multinational Companies with matrix organizations in the FMCG or Domestic Appliances industries.
