Who we are looking for? We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated Sr. Graphic Designer to support our Research & Marketing team. The role is pivotal in managing the visual identity of the brand, developing content for the website, social channels (particularly LinkedIn), newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
The ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing & digital communication or related field
- 4 to 5 years of related work experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Expert-level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint) and excellent in PowerPoint
- Advanced experience in LinkedIn management
- Video editing skills on Premiere (considered a plus)
- Portfolio of projects (please include it in your CV)
- Knowledge of Italian is a must; English proficiency at least C1

Responsibilities include:
- Preparing graphic designs and developing content for digital and physical communication, including gathering information and planning concepts
- Creating graphic content for newsletters, advertising campaigns, and social media
- Managing graphics and content for social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn
- Designing and optimizing maps and infographics for websites, print media, social media, electronic newsletters, and product displays
- Producing videos, photography, animated graphics, and multimedia content
- Supporting business lines in tenders with graphic and web design, understanding their goals and the Savills brand
- Designing stands and promotional materials for trade fairs and events
- Participating in brainstorming and concept development sessions
- Incorporating management and client feedback into designs
- Adhering to deadlines and providing regular updates to management
- Maintaining knowledge of graphic design trends and techniques
- Assisting with other projects as needed
