Job summary
A leading automotive company is seeking a Freelance Support: Brand Experience Project Manager in Milan, Italy. This role involves managing B2B events and sponsorship programs, delivering planning and execution, and maximizing brand visibility. Candidates should have a degree in Marketing or Communication, proven experience in event organization, and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English and a good command of Italian are also required. The position offers a 12-month freelance engagement with exclusivity commitment.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Proven experience in event organisation and sponsorship management, ideally in B2B environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English; good command of Italian.
- Strong understanding of marketing and communication strategies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end planning and execution of business events and sponsorship activities.
- Plan and manage business events (conferences, workshops, trade shows).
- Coordinate sponsors and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate sponsorship activities.
- Monitor and report performance of events and sponsorships.
