The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for the operational management of accounting processes related to the accounts payable cycle, reconciliation activities, and daily postings, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company procedures. The role will work closely with the Controlling, Purchasing, and Treasury functions, supporting monthly closings and the preparation of financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Posting of vendor invoices related to purchases.
  • Management of vendor account closing, including movements on advance payment accounts (e.g. Rizzo advances) and prepaid cards.
  • Reconciliation of vendor accounts, with particular focus on advance payment accounts.
  • Management of withholding taxes related to freelance and self‑employed collaborators.
  • Management of deferrals and accruals (provisions for risks and charges, etc.).
  • Creation and management of company fixed assets, including depreciation calculations and postings.
  • Recording of daily journal entries.
  • Periodic reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
  • Preparation of data required by the Controlling and Purchasing functions for monthly closings.
  • Preparation of data necessary for cash flow analysis.
