A visionary early-stage multinational company is seeking a part-time Co-Founder – Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead fundraising efforts and guide financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in venture capital and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. This role requires fluency in English and Italian and offers a hybrid working model based in Milan. The position presents a unique opportunity to shape a global company from the ground up.

- Experience in finance or startups is essential.
- Ability to prepare financial projections and valuation models.
- Must be fluent in English and Italian.
Responsabilités
- Lead fundraising strategy and documentation for VCs.
- Design economic and financial models for the company.
- Ensure compliance in Italy, EU, and USA.
