We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to join us as a General Office Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and updating health & safety documentation and procedures
• Collaborating with consultants and teams on safety compliance and training initiatives
• Helping coordinate front desk activities
• Supporting collaboration with external suppliers for office supplies management
• Supporting administrative HR processes (onboarding documentation, data entry, filing)
• Assisting with organizing internal communication and company events and initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous experience of 2 years in similar roles
• Degree in Languages or high school diploma
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of major computer tools (specifically Microsoft Office package and agenda management tools)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and patience
• Interest in HR processes and workplace safety will be considered a plus
