What do we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 5 years of bar experience in restaurants or hotels
• Strong knowledge of all local and international beverages featured on the Nusr-Et menu
• Skilled in cocktail preparation and presentation
• Knowledgeable and attentive to hygiene standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and shift-based scheduling
• Energetic, team-oriented, and highly adaptable

What will you work on?

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with accuracy, creativity, and consistency
• Engage with guests to identify their preferences and recommend drinks that enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and ingredients
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
