Job summary

Brightli seeks a licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group counseling within our youth residential services. The role involves assessing and treating clients, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Licensure in counseling, social work, or marriage/family therapy must be held.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses and provide telehealth.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family counseling to meet treatment goals.
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain authorized services.
• Complete intake, assessments, and accurate documentation.
