Luise Yachting Riviera is seeking a motivated professional to support the Formalities, Operations and Technical Departments across the Ligurian area. You will be the key contact for implementing current formalities and coordinating services for client vessels.

Fluency in English and Italian, plus 2+ years in maritime/yachting agency, are required. The role involves handling pre-arrival, arrival, and departure tasks, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring high service standards during the yacht's

Competenze

• Bilingual in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of maritime/yachting agency experience.
• Certificate of higher education.
• Driving licence B (A licence for 125cc scooter is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in internal database tools.
• Onboard experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Focal point for communication with designated vessels at any time.
• Pre-arrival: complete sanitary, immigration formalities and port clearances; opening protocol number for cost allocations.
• Arrival & Stay: welcome vessel on site; follow-up of formalities during stay; enter OS data and coordinate suppliers.
• Departure: collect supplier invoices and transmit complete file to Invoicing within 7 days; ensure all activities are reported and compliant.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Formalities, Operations and Technical Departments; maintain confidentiality.
