Unilever Casalpusterlengo is seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and world-class manufacturing standards. You’ll lead safety, quality, cost and sustainability while building high-performing teams in a local plant.

You’ll apply Run to Standard and Unilever Manufacturing System concepts, guide cross-functional teams, and push digital transformation for improved supply chain performance.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to lead manufacturing or operations teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making and problem solving.

Mansioni

• Lead manufacturing operations across sulphonation, making, packing, and palletization.
• Coach a multidisciplinary team and foster accountability and learning.
• Drive Run to Standard and Unilever Manufacturing System initiatives.
• Identify losses, lead improvement projects, and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Safety, and Quality to hit objectives.
• Lead daily reviews and ensure timely decision making and issue resolution.
• Analyze KPIs, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Support root cause analysis and sustainable countermeasures.
• Validate improvements and update operating standards for stability.
• Champion digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
